Problem statement
In Spain, immigration processes are frequently complex and confusing, as information is provided by public immigration entities, and there is a lack of regularization that benefits these individuals. Immigrants often encounter unclear and cumbersome information, leading to asignificant time investment to fully understand the process. Consequently, they are compelled to spend substantial amounts of money by entrusting this task to specialized lawyers.
The hypothesis
How can we assist non-EU immigrants in accessing essential information and navigating through bureaucratic tasks and paperwork to facilitate their integration into a new country like Spain?
The goal
Our goal was to assist immigrants in their entry process to Spain and facilitate the regularization of bureaucratic procedures. This aimed to enable them to secure legal employment while addressing concerns among Spanish citizens regarding tax imbalances arising from this complex situation.
